convenient stay
clean room helpful staff rear parking
the room was nice and neat with a great shower. breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. plenty of parking was available in the rear car park and i entered my registration details at the desk. the location was good, just off the coast road at heaton.
i noticed the cups were only rinsed and not properly washed. they still had stains from my drink the day before and the sink was not cleaned. i also detected an unusual smell in the room.

i found the breakfast service quite efficient , and the offerings were satisfactory. the value for money was reasonable, and the experience was largely positive. many pubs and cafes are nearby.

The staff was helpful and cute. Free parking was available on the spacious parking lot. The location was great for access to a park (i enjoyed a morning walk).
The shower was difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature.

The cups in my room were not properly cleaned. I noticed stains from my drink from the previous day. I also found the sausage at breakfast to be overcooked. I waited fifteen minutes for breakfast even though the dining room was empty.

surprisingly GREAT stay!
polite staff amazing room lovely food
I found the staff very lovely. They were polite. i appreciate they were really good . the room was amazing and the food was lovely as well.
The shower didn't WORK properly. Only scalding water came out. i REPORTED it to the chamber maid, but nothing was done for my second night. i COULD have moved to a different room maybe.

The staff were attentive. I felt welcome right from the start. the room was clean and well-equipped. the big car park was convenient. friday night drinks had great offers, and the atmosphere was amazing!!!
The bedroom had limited storage. It lacked drawers and cupboards.
